Just wanted to do some short and sweet movie reviews for some movies I saw last week. If you agree/disagree with my thoughts, or have any quick reviews of your own, feel free to share your thoughts with us in the answer section below.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
Grade: C+
Review: Overall, I enjoyed the film, but it loses points for being way too, unnecessarily long. I felt Peter Jackson put in too many filler scenes and could have simplified and shortened this film by a lot.The Guilt Trip
Grade: B
Review: The Guilt Trip was funny and heartwarming. Barbra Streisand and Seth Rogen worked well together playing mother and son.Django Unchained
Grade: B
Review: The film is definitely not Tarantino’s best and after he reached new cinematic heights with his last film, Inglorious Basterds, I expected more. All that being said, I still feel Django Unchained is a superior film and was very entertaining.
